Please join Maya Zeleny on a journey to the foundations of New York. Together we'll explore the Dutch heritage of New Amsterdam and discover the stories of the first Jewish settlers in America. Our journey will uncover the origins of the first Jews of New York, who they were and how they arrived in Manhattan. We'll learn about their treatment and ponder how this small group led the way to the second largest Jewish community in the World today.The tour is open to the JPA community members and their guests 16 years and older.
