It’s time to host our ANNUAL NEW MEMBERS welcoming event that will last 5 days. It will consist of: Multi-hikes, Hoover Dam, Speakeasy crawls & dinners, club dancing, shows, a locals-Fremont street experience, meet-to-eats, Tiki-bars, movies, a private BBQ/POOL-HOT TUB party, themed events and much, much more. A full line up of events will post closer to the date. If you have NOT already qualified for your land-event to later share homes & hotels then this is your chance. We also hope VETERAN ABU members will join in and pay it forward to welcome the “new kids on the block”. Just as we did you.
You will land any time during the listed dates and an ABU member will pick you up at the airport. Please note if you land way early or late you will need to take an Uber. It is NOT required for you to stay the entire trip! Sign up and attend even if you can only do a few days. However to use this event as your 4-day qualifier you must stay a MINIMUM 4-NIGHTS and can only tap out of ONE EVENT. If you tap out of 2 or more this event can no longer be used as your qualifier.
Fee is $600 due at the time you RSVP. The fee is 100% refundable up to Jan 1, 2026. On Jan 2nd it isn’t so please don’t ask. $250 of it goes to your home host. This is not per day but for your ENTIRE STAY! They will be providing you with transportation (you therefore will not need to rent a car), a home, most of your breakfasts, snacks & drinks. The remaining $350 will be used for entertainment and an itemized ledger will be kept and deducted until your balance hits zero. If there is money left over you will get a refund of the unused balance. If you owe, pay at that the end of your stay.
HOME AND ROOM choices are assigned by FIRST PAY, FIRST CHOOSE! So on and so on. You will get 2 homes to choose from. The last person gets the couch but your fee remains the same. Please note SOME of you may (possibly) need to share a room or a bed. You may acquire a hotel at your cost and I can help assist in that. ONLY BY INVITATION are you able to ask for housing with locals. If you choose the hotel option, fee is $350 and everything will be itemized Including home meals, gas, transportation & entertainment.
Are you a VEGAS LOCAL of ABU and want to be a part of these events? No problem. Just sign up and you may come and go to any event we list, and pay-as-you-go. All daily events will be listed on our ABU chat. We hope the local Mofos will want to meet the new members. LOCALS DO NOT NEED TO PAY A FEE UP FRONT! Unfortunately locals may not use a Vegas land event for your shared home qualifier.
