What is the 6 Healing Sounds Qi Gong?? Sounds are vibrations that carry healing elements. The Six Healing Sounds Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese healing art of unique breathing techniques. Each sound, produced with different mouth shapes and practiced with gentle movements, stimulates the flow of energy and blood in different organs and meridians.
