New 4 week Reformer Intro for Complete Beginners starting Friday 6th February at 9am with Amanda.

The Introduction to Reformer is a 4 week course, designed for Complete Beginners to Pilates, designed to teach you everything you need to know to get the full benefit from your group Reformer class. You will be taught, by our experienced instructors, the basic principles of Pilates, some key mat exercises and then will be introduced to the reformer and all its benefits. After you’ve completed the 4 week course your instructor will guide you into the appropriate class.
Reformer classes are dynamic sessions which add resistance, strength, and support to your workout. The reformer might look sinister but its benefits are huge! Regular reformer classes help create mobility and movement in your body, building strength and encouraging correct alignment.
Here at Purely, we are passionate about your experience of Pilates and genuinely want you to the feel the incredible benefits that it has to offer. We normally ask that everyone attend either a 1-2-1 or a group intro before starting a course. We are now introducing a 4-week Introduction to Reformer course to fast track you if a Reformer class feels more your thing. Learning any Pilates, Reformer or mat, asks for a commitment to the process. To truly get the benefits of it, you need to learn from the ground up.
Our new Introduction to Reformer course will give you a true understanding of the essence of Pilates, and from there it’s all up!
