After 8 complete Non-Runners succesfully graduated from 2018's running group,A further 20+ Graduating to 5k/10k courses in 2019 and 10 graduating in 2020 16 completing in 2022 And 23 last year in 2024 This will be 15 week course where complete beginners or new runners will be able to learn techniques on how to run properly,How to avoid leg pain,How to breathe properly,What exercises help with running and hopefully finish the once weekly course being able to run at least 5k without stopping.
*Weeks 1/2 will go over running exercises/Techniques/Short runs
*Weeks 3/8 will progress from 0-5k
*Weeks 8-15 will progress until 10k
This course is aimed at both Male and Females 18 years and above (12 years plus with a consenting adult) and will be running weekly from St peters fields-Droitwich Lido from Thursday 3rd A
Costs are £2 per week or pay for the whole course at discount for just £20 which is being donated to charity.
