We would like to invite you to come to Dallas for an exclusive two-day immersive experience hosted by Neighborhood Evolution LLC, designed for visionaries and enthusiasts in the field of small scale development.
Join us at 5PM - 8PM on Friday, March 7th & 8AM - 5:30PM on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 an enlightening journey through transformative small-scale development projects done by Monte Anderson and his Options RE Team.
Event Highlights:
- Four In-Depth Site Visits: Explore groundbreaking projects that have successfully navigated the complexities of commercial suburban retrofit, adaptive reuse, and residential suburban retrofit. Each site tells a story of zoning code innovation, financial ingenuity, and the dedication to creating vibrant, walkable, and mixed-use communities. Projects we will see include: DeSoto Marketplace, Wheatland Plaza, The “luxury roommate house” and Tyler Station in Oak Cliff.
- Comprehensive Presentation: After each site visit, gain insights into the strategies and processes that turned these ambitious projects into thriving realities. Learn from the challenges and triumphs that pushed the boundaries of traditional development.
Price includes: happy hour beer and snacks on Friday, coffee & breakfast and BBQ on Saturday and a copy of our new 12 Steps to Town Making Workbook! Also, if you come in early on Friday, you are more than welcome to come by COLLAB to work or hang - the space will be available for you!
