JUST LIKE LAST YEAR: These free training runs will take place over four consecutive Monday MORNINGS in August covering the beautifully challenging course in Bettendorf. We hope the morning time will make the heat less of a burden on you amazing runners! This year we will also be meeting at the Middle Park Lagoon to start each run.
