About this Event
Platinum-selling country music sensation Chris Janson will take the stage in a special benefit concert to support the Travis Mills Foundation (TMF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting post-9/11 recalibrated veterans and their families, along with addressing Post-Traumatic Growth for veterans, first responders, and active service members. The Never Give Up On Country benefit concert, Presented by Chase, will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2025, at Sheltair Aviation, with all proceeds benefiting the Foundation's efforts to empower our nation’s heroes to overcome physical and emotional challenges after service.
The Travis Mills Foundation, founded by retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Travis Mills, is committed to helping post-9/11 veterans and their families recover, recalibrate, and thrive after service-related injuries. Mills, one of five quadruple amputees from the war in Iraq and Afghanistan to survive his injuries, established the Retreat with his wife, Kelsey. Through its comprehensive Veterans Retreat programs, the Foundation provides everything from wellness and care initiatives to Warrior PATHH, a pioneering program for Post-Traumatic Growth.
“Chris Janson’s support means the world to us,” said Travis Mills. “His music brings people together, and this concert will allow us to continue expanding our services to veterans who need them the most. Together, we can ensure our heroes get the help and encouragement they deserve.”
The "Never Give Up On Country" concert, along with its sponsors and the Ocala community, has raised over $1 million in support of the Travis Mills Foundation. The 2025 event marks the third time this incredible show has been generously presented by Chase.

ABOUT CHRIS JANSON:
Chris Janson, proud member of the Grand Ole Opry and multi-platinum songwriter and artist, is part of Country music's new breed. In touch with the lighter side of life with self-penned No. 1s “Fix A Drink,” “Good Vibes,” and the four-times Platinum “Buy Me A Boat,” as well as the morebthoughtful truths of “Done,” “Things You Can’t Live Without,” and the CMA Song of the Year nominee and ACM Video of the Year “Drunk Girl.” Both “Boat” and “Girl” were named to the Nashville Songwriters Association International’s prestigious “Songs I Wish I Wish I’d Written” list. Beyond his artistry is his live shows, where all that heart-on-the-four-wheeler songwriting meets the fans where they come to rock. Rolling Stone proclaimed him “a live legacy in the making,” and Janson is a frequent presence at the nation’s biggest country festivals, tours, and unexpected sit-ins. For a man known for his outdoors lifestyle and collaborations with Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s, making music from his own life has established the harmonica-forward multi-instrumentalist the go-to guy for young country for the last decade. Janson’s Big Machine Label Group debut single, “All I Need Is You,” recently hit the No. 1 spot on the Country music charts (marking 5 career #1 hits) and his latest single “Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get,” is the first release on the recently re-named Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment imprint.
