Neutropolis: A Collaborative Dining Experiment

In our everyday lives, what is often discarded with little thought? Conversely, what delectable comforts do we seek and cherish? Chew on these food for thought as you enter the Neutropolis, the cosmopolis of the Neufolk, and embark on a small sharing menu where each plate will have you looking twice.
A collaborative dining experience presented by food design studio and the LaSalle School of Spatial Product and Design, materials including wood, metal, cement and plastic are assembled in a mimicry of fine tapas that redefine perceptions of sustainability and waste through sustenance and nourishment, followed by a delightful dégustation menu designed by Nottofu and partners.
