An informal meet-up for neurodivergent (wavy) folks

Third Wednesday of every month.
Drop in 7-9pm
No need to book, just turn up!
Who are we?
We are Timna (33) and Lauren (39). We connected after being diagnosed with ADHD and immediately saw the value in spending time with other like-minded (wavy) folk who just get it.
We wanted to make sure everybody had access to a safe space where they could truly be themselves, something that didn’t seem to exist locally.
In June 2023 we established Neurowavy as a community for neurodivergent folks, offering a monthly meet-up and ad-hoc events.
What to expect?
Put simply, it’s an opportunity to spend a little time with some like-minded folk in a no-pressure setting. Super friendly, super informal, super relaxed. No expectations.
Please feel very welcome to come on your own - you won't be the only one (but friends are more than welcome if you'd feel more comfortable that way).
Whether you have been diagnosed or suspect you are neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD, etc.) this is a safe space for you!

If it’s your first time attending one of our meet-ups, we’ll have some tables reserved so just look out for our branding. Or feel free to let us know in advance that you’ll be popping down and we’ll keep an eye out for you.
