New Beginners Tai Chi for Neurodivergents class starting 23rd Jan 2025.This class is for people with neurodivergent conditions who would like to try Tai Chi as a potential method for mindfulness, calm and self regulation. The classes are fun and informative and are taught by a Neurodivergent teacher with over 25 years experience (of Tai Chi they've been neurospicy all their life).

First month is completely free and if you are interested in continuing all our classes are provided under a "What You Can When You Can" Donation policy.
