After working unfulfilled as a retail pharmacist I had to take a leave of absence due to a sudden case of rheumatoid arthritis. I managed to go into complete remission through lifestyle and diet. However, through a journey towards self-improvement I realize that I had lifelong anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma that had been holding me back my entire life and continued to limit my personal development and goals.
After exhausting many conventional means of treatment to no avail, I discovered the amazing power of breathwork and had a rapid and permanent transformation within a matter of weeks. I had many life changing epiphanies and realized I could never go back to working in a retail Ph*rm*cy. I had a higher calling. I now have a passion for integrating modern science with ancient breathwork techniques to help others optimize and live life to the fullest.
