This class was designed to educate massage therapists about Neuromuscular Stretching Techniques of the Upper Body. This technique works especially well for pain management and palliative care by using stretch and release movements as well as positional release. This class will focus on the upper body. Ergonomic/body mechanics for lifting clients will also be addressed. We suggest that participants have taken a Sports Massage Class before this workshop or review upper body anatomy prior to attending.
Upon successfully finishing this class, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
