Neuromuscular Clinic Family Workshop

You're invited to a day of learning, sharing and support for families living with neuromuscular conditions.

Workshop topics:

• Understanding IEPs, accommodations and classroom services

Transition of Care:

• Helping teens and families prepare for the move to adult care
• Advanced directives

Speakers include:

Patients and children are invited to attend. Child Life Specialists will be available as needed.
