These programs focus on fostering social skills, emotional well-being, and trauma-informed growth. Grounded in the Neurosequential Model and enriched with equine interactions, each age-group specific workshop provides a unique journey for participants to develop resilience, form connections, and navigate the challenges of their developmental years. Through engaging activities, these programs regulate the brain, nurture emotional health, and build essential life skills in a supportive and equine-assisted environment.NeuroHarmony is facilitated by Licensed Professional Counselor Dr. Danielle Moore who specializes in Neurodiversity.
Each 2 hour workshop will focus on a different part of the brain and how to regulate it, aligning with the Neurosequential Model. Participants will engage in activities and exercises specifically crafted to target various brain areas, promoting regulation and emotional well-being.
Ages 5-9: 10am-12pm
Ages 10-14: 12pm-2pm
Ages 15-18: 2pm-4pm
Price: $200/participant.
