About this Event
In this practical training workshop, participants will be given ample time to test and experience Neurofeedback following evidence-based protocols. Participants will work in groups to gain practical experience in placing electrodes, setting QEEG-informed neurofeedback protocols, and driving the conditioning process while setting thresholds.
Learning components covered in the training day include:
- Preparing the patient and explaining the neurofeedback process.
- Marking training locations on the scalp [C3,C4,Cz,Fz]
- Software settings and workflow
- QEEG analysis and protocol setting
Workshops are hosted by Dr Trevor Brown (Neuroscientist, global academy manager) and colleagues.

PLEASE NOTE: Before attending this practical workshop, participants are expected to have completed the online course on our neurocare academy LMS site: Neurofeedback in Mental Health and Performance or Neurofeedback in ADHD and Insomnia (BCIA). This self-paced course provides a core understanding of the theory and background of Neurofeedback. The LMS enrolment fee is purchased separate to this practical workshop.
