About this Event
Last time, our Neurodivergent Halloween party was a great success, and we are back with another New Year's Eve event for Neurodivergent individuals and their support persons.
"Neurodivergent" means individuals who identify as on the Autism Spectrum, identify as someone with an intellectual disability, developmental disability or learning disability, identify as someone with Down's Syndrome, identify as someone with a mental health disorder, or identify as someone with another type of disability that means that their brain thinks and functions in a unique way.
The event is geared towards making neurodivergents feel comfortable, be able to make friends, and have fun together.
Let's celebrate the Year's end and wish each other a Happy 2025!
Date of event: Tues. Dec. 31st, 2024
Time: 2pm to 4pm
Location: Casa Latina restaurant (150 Dundas Street , London, ON)
Price: $20 (includes snacks and pop, and a small New Year's Eve souvenir)
If you are bringing a support person or friend, the support person or friend must pay $20 as well because there will be food available for them as well.
The facility is wheelchair accessible, but some doors are not automatic, so if you need help we will be there to open the doors for you.
No refunds, to encourage people to show up and not back out last minute.
