✍️ ND Adults Support Group - 17th Dec. Meeting (Mindfulness session by Alice starts directly after 7.30pm refreshment break).Alice Rainbow’s accessible chair-based mindfulness and gentle movement sessions support neurodivergent adults in developing tools for emotional regulation, grounding and nervous-system support.
The classes are sensory-aware, trauma-informed, and paced to honour autonomy and individual needs, helping participants build confidence, self-connection and a sense of community in a calm and supportive environment.
Each session offers practical, compassionate techniques that can be carried into daily life to support wellbeing, resilience and self-regulation.
