Introductory Neuro Exploration Art Class with Donna Russert on December 17th, 2025. It's a simple exercise in drawing through the use of lines, curves and color to do a toe-dip into seeing and appreciating our authentic selves. The process involves a fun stream of thought exercise, followed by relaxed and easy drawing that she will guide participants through in a step by step fashion. Participants will enjoy looking at underappreciated aspects of themselves and reflecting on the uniqueness and value of their authentic self.
The admission is FREE.
