This month we'll be joined by from in Kenilworth. During this session, Ian will be using a Sports Science approach to help you boost your attention span and increase your productivity at work. He will discuss:
- How to reset your neurological patterns using simple exercises
- Tips for office layout and why it can make a huge difference to the health of your workforce
- Why getting up is important for your nerves!
