Wellbeing Breakfast - Menopause Awareness in the Workplace
Join us for a delightful session of wellness and delicious food at our Wellbeing Breakfast! This in-person event will be held at the offices of Thomas Flavell & Sons on 19 Waterloo Place, Leamington Spa hosted by in partnership with and the Warwickshire Wellbeing Warriors.

This month we'll be joined by Health & Wellbeing Coach and Menopause Champion Elsa Wye. Menopause is a significant issue both in and outside the workplace, with many women experiencing or struggling with symptoms. It is now widely recognised that embedding menopause awareness and support into workplace culture delivers numerous important benefits to both individuals and organisations.
We'd love you to join us for an uplifting session of connecting with professionals over healthy snacks and wellness activities.
