We at FACCES (The Family, Adolescent, and Child Community Engagement Service) are excited to invite you to an interactive networking event focused on community engagement and support.

Discover the FACCES Way: Our mission is to engage with childen and families by meeting them where they are and inspire a shift in perspective, practices, and possibilities. We help families by providing with support to lead healthy lives and define their family's legacy. This is an ideal opportunity for you to explore how you can give back to the community through one of our pillar committees and connect with other community leaders!

Food Committee – This pillar is to ensure that families have access to nutritious food, the knowledge and skills to make healthy choices and opportunities through urban gardening to support self-sufficiency.

Physical Health Committee – Programming emphasizes anatomy education, fitness, and healthcare.

Mental Wellness Committee – Programming promotes well-being among children, youth and families equipping them with the tools, resources and supports needed to navigate the ups and downs of life emerging more resilient and hopeful.

Education Committee – Programs span from prenatal services to kindergarten readiness, primary and secondary education support, and graduation readiness.

Legacy Development Committee – Programming focuses on the power of family legacies and individualized family planning.In addition to networking, we are delighted to announce that we will be honoring last year’s committee members with awards, celebrating their dedication and impactful contributions to our community.
