John DiSciullo, production and promotion manager at WBBZ-TV and former director of strategic content, news operations and community affairs at WKBW-TV, will speak to West Seneca Chamber of Commerce members and guests on Wednesday, April 30. This free event, open to Chamber members and nonmembers, will take place in the large meeting room within the West Seneca Community Center & Library, 1300 Union Road. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. for networking and light refreshments, with the WBBZ presentation scheduled from 9 to 10 a.m. The presentation will include a video about WBBZ, followed by comments by DiSciullo on the workings of the station and a Q&A session. Located at the Eastern Hills Mall, WBBZ is a locally owned and operated station presenting locally produced programming and classics.
“John has done a great job serving as emcee of the Chamber’s annual Community Awards Dinner the past two years, and we’re thrilled that he's agreed to join us for some additional community engagement,” said Joe Kirchmyer, executive director of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce. “His knowledge of the local broadcast industry is second to none.”
