Multiplex Townhomes are the development options available under the Province of British Columbia’s Small Scale Multi Unit Housing Bill allowing for 4 to 6 Units on Former Single Family Properties.
Site designs vary City by City and include Duplexes, Garden Flats, Stacked Townhomes, Coach Homes, Slab On Grade Townhomes and 4 Storey Condos.
