Ticketing Policy:

Tickets cannot be switched, copied or modified in any way shape or form. All tickets must be scanned before entry. All tickets with modifications are VOIDED! and non-refundable. Security will escort you from the facility. A PDF version of your ticket, or physical print out of your ticket must be presented at the gate to gain entry. If you purchase multiple tickets for your friends, or someone else please give them their ticket before you come to the door. Will not be holding tickets or pulling anyone out of line.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is street parking & surrounding areas. There are several parking lots located around the venue as well. We are not responsible for any items/belongings left in your vehicle.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A PDF version via phone or a printed version of your ticket must be presented to gain entrance. Please refer to the ticketing policy terms and agreement above.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

That is fine. If an issue were to occur, the ticket holder will need to present proper identification and the credit card on file that was used to purchase the ticket. Failure to do so will result in a voided ticket. No Exceptions.

Are tickets purchased off third party websites accepted?

Absolutely not. You can only purchase tickets via www.Network2Networth.Eventbrite.com

Refund Policy:

All ticket purchases are non-refundable or transferable. Your ticket cannot be passed onto or given to another person. If you lose or misplace your ticket, please contact us. Your old ticket will be cancelled and you will be responsible for providing detailed information to verify your purchase and a re-processing fee. If you fail to provide enough information to verify your purchase you will be charged in full for another ticket. All sales are final.
