Hello everyoneThe next Nether Edge market will be held on Sunday 08 December 2024, 11am - 3pm. There will be approximately 50-60 stalls to see at this festive, community event.
The local Nether Edge shops/businesses will be open including: Wickwire, Oxfam, Zeds Wholefoods, Kollective Kitchen, St Luke's Boutique, Bench (Bistro food and wine), Nether Edge Bowling Club (including have a go at bowls), The Byron pub, Edge Dental, Yamato (Japanese, sushi) and Cafe#9.
Entertainment:
1) 11:20am - Under the Stars Choir
2) 12:00noon - Salvation Army Band
3) 12:30pm - Nether Edge Primary School Coir
4) 1pm - 7 Hills Kapele (Klezmer band)
5) 1:45pm - Boggarts Breakfast (morris dancing)
6) 2:30pm - Jacapella (singers)

There is a fee of £60 for stalls selling food products or £45 for non-food stalls. Alternatively, we also provide the option to apply for sharing a stall with another trader at just £22.50.
Stall fee proceeds from this market will be donated to the following beneficiaries:
1) Comac Bike Project: We provide working bikes to refugees and people seeking asylum who live in Sheffield, so that they have a way of getting around. We also help them keep the bikes on the road and in good condition.
2) Under the Stars: Under the Stars is a charity that uses creativity and the performing arts to enhance the lives of people with learning disabilities and / or autism.
Please note that Nether Edge Road (between Sheldon Road and Byron Road) and Glen Road (between Nether Edge Road and Ashland Road) will be closed to traffic between 9am and 5pm on Sunday 08 December 2024. If you usually park in this area, we kindly request that you find an alternative space - thank you.
