The chance to play friendly, but competitive, netball is on offer to teams from Rotherham, as a brand new league gets under way next month. Plus you will be helping charities just by taking part.The league – which is run by Netball Leagues, part of the Leisure Leagues Group (who are Europe’s largest provider of community sports) – matches are played every Tuesday night at St Pius X Catholic school between 7-9:40pm.
The Netball Leagues brand new interactive website boasts a series of fantastic features.
Leisure Leagues are the only community sports provider who donates the profits from the league to charities – with Cancer Research UK and The Trust amongst the recent beneficiaries.
New Business Manager, William admitted he couldn’t wait to get cracking and said: “We have been running a variety of sports leagues for 30 years and we are really looking forward to bringing our unique brand of netball here.”
