What's the refund policy?

You can request a full refund up to 7 days prior to the course start date, but no refunds will be given after this date. If you do need to cancel within 7 days of the course starting, we may transfer your registration to another person, or to another event of the same value. What if SSW cancels the event?

SSW will make every effort to notify registrants of a cancellation or postponement within a reasonable timeframe.
