Babywearing is an ancient art that helps support you & your baby. Doula Leah of Breath in Birth: Holistic Doula & Wellness, has many years of experience wearing her own babies & many others. She loves the peace that takes over when babies can hear their mama/dada's heartbeat, the hands free freedom that it offers!!

During this Babywearing class, you will be able to hang with other parents while learning different ways to confidently wear your baby.
