Join us for a transformative 6-week Kundalini Yoga series designed to support your nervous system — guided with care, grounding, and somatic awareness.
This series is offered as a nervous system–supportive practice that works with breath, movement, rhythm, and meditation to strengthen your capacity to meet life’s stressors with more ease, presence, and resilience.
Over twelve classes (two per week), you’ll build your ability to move between activation and rest — not by forcing calm, but by cultivating a deeper, embodied regulation from the inside out.
