Nervous System Reset (with CBD)

This session will introduce you to simple yet powerful practices that you can use to regulate your nervous system out of stress, pain and dis-ease. You'll learn to understand and map the primary stress responses of the nervous system (fight, flight, freeze and shutdown) so you can recognize how they show up in your body.
