In this class , you will explore ways to connect to your body using Breathwork, yoga poses , meditation , mudras and mantra practice , nervous system self regulation techniques, sound healing, affirmations and community.
What you will learn and experience :
- learn gentle ways to reconnect with your body while healing from trauma
- enhance self- awareness , make choices and create feelings of safety
- learn to regulate your nervous system wich is the key to healing from trauma
- manage stress, regulate mood, improve digestion and sleep
- healing from sounds - crystal bowls , drums and chimes

Liz is a a Trauma Informed Yoga teacher and a sound healing therapist , her style is hatha, gentle, grounding , yin yoga-she is also a certified Meditation facilitator and currently working on her 500 hrs YTT,I enjoy Ayurveda practices and she is the creator of Rishikesh Bliss by Liz - vegan and organic skincare and herbal topical healing sprays , she is a mom to 3 teens , a wife and a 4 cat owner , she believes in the magic within you to heal yourself. A nature lover and a forever seeker and student of life.
