Nervous System Reset – Group Breathwork Session

This guided group breathwork session is designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of grounding and inner balance.
Breathwork is a powerful, body-based practice that uses conscious breathing to:
• release stored tension and emotions
• calm the mind and nervous system
• reconnect you with yourself
• create clarity, presence, and deep relaxation
No previous experience is needed.
This space is open to everyone.
🧘♀️ What to Bring
Please come prepared so you can fully relax:
• comfortable clothes
• yoga mat
• blanket
• small pillow (optional)
• eye mask, scarf, or something to cover your eyes
You want to feel cozy and supported.

EVERY participant is required to sign the waiver BEFORE the session.
You will receive the waiver during registration.
⚠️ No signed waiver = no participation.
This is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Important Notes
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in
• Doors close at the start of the session
• Breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant or have certain medical conditions (details listed in the waiver)
