About this Event
We gather in the garden for a morning experience centered on deep rest, Reiki energy flow, and gentle release. This gathering is designed to support the nervous system, invite relaxation, and allow the body to recalibrate in a natural, outdoor setting.
✧ THE EXPERIENCE ✧
Upon arrival, we open the space with a gentle smudging and blessing, creating a moment to settle, arrive, and leave restlessness behind.
You’ll then be guided into an extended Yoga Nidra practice — a deeply restorative form of guided rest that supports relaxation, clarity, and inner awareness. As the body rests, Reiki energy is offered throughout the practice, supporting balance and energetic flow.
The experience continues with a Reiki-infused gong bath and sound healing, where the vibration of the gong, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments moves through the body and the surrounding space. Sound and Reiki work together to support release, integration, and deep nervous system settling.
We close with a sharing circle and a grounded closing of the space.

David has an extensive background in alternative healing, with over 25 years of experience in globally known 5-star spas, connecting with customers worldwide. Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients.
Marit is a multidimensional guide, ceremonial creatrix, and quantum business visionary. Her healing journey began over 18 years ago, after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. Choosing to walk a non-traditional path, she embraced plant-based nutrition, alternative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness—and began peeling away the layers of self-doubt and inherited conditioning. What she uncovered beneath it all was this: joy, truth, and power live within.
Since then, Marit has devoted herself to the art of self-initiation and soul-led leadership. She holds certifications in quantum energy healing, holistic facilitation, and sacred space design—and has guided hundreds of rituals, ceremonies, and coaching journeys both in-person and online.Marit’s genius lies in activating others to lead from the inside out—through frequency, coherence, and radical self-trust. Whether she’s guiding a cacao ceremony, mentoring spiritual entrepreneurs, or co-leading a sound journey with her husband David, her presence is a blend of fire and grace, strategy and spirit
