Join  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Sound Healer, Samara Quintero, and Chiropractor Dr. Micheal Parzych for From Tension to Harmony: Understanding and Experiencing Nervous System Regulation — a two-hour immersion designed to help you learn, feel, and embody what it means to move from stress to balance.

We’ll begin with an interactive talk exploring how the nervous system influences every aspect of our physical, emotional, and energetic health. You’ll gain practical insight into how stress patterns manifest in the body and how alignment and vibration can restore equilibrium.

Then, through a guided sound healing journey, you’ll be invited to experience your nervous system regulating in real time — as sound, breath, and frequency help the body shift from tension into harmony.

Participants will also be guided to check in with their bodies at the start and end of the evening, noticing and scaling their level of stress before and after the experience — creating a tangible connection between knowledge and felt transformation.

Come ready to relax, learn, and restore.

 Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket for comfort during the sound journey as well as a journal if you’d like to take notes or jot down any reflections.
