Guided Meditative Journey

This guided meditative journey is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to a state of inner balance. In a world that often keeps the body in constant motion and alertness, the nervous system can become overwhelmed and fatigued. This experience is designed to gently guide you out of stress and into a place of safety, calm, and restoration.
Through intentional breath, grounding awareness, and guided visualization, you will be supported in releasing stored tension from the body and soothing the mind. This journey encourages the nervous system to shift from a state of fight or flight into rest, presence, and regulation, allowing the body to remember its natural rhythm of ease and stability.
ALL WEDNESDAY EVENTS ARE WALK-IN WELCOME
Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you have one; we supply these items but are limited depending on event attendance. If you are a person who enjoys taking notes on your meditative experiences, we welcome you to bring a journal and writing utensil. There will be a time after the meditation, in which guests will be encouraged to recall and reflect on their encounters.
