The beautiful thing is that there are many tools that can be used to balance and regulate our nervous system health. And once we enhance this system our whole wellbeing changes.
Join me for a session all about the amazing nervous system and learn how to support and regulate this system for improved well-being.
This workshop will be held at Cherish, Christchurch and will include both a discussion/lecture and practical interactive exercises.

* 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: Understand how sleep, exercise, and nutrition impact your nervous system health.
