About this Event

Nervous System Glow
Tuesday Nights @ Studio Be Napa

If you’ve been feeling wired but tired, emotionally reactive, overstimulated, disconnected from your body, or like your system never fully powers down then this is for you.

Nervous System Glow is a somatic energetics-based experience designed to help your body come out of survival mode and return to regulation, clarity, and flow.

This isn’t about zoning out or “relaxing harder.” It’s about recalibrating the system that governs everything.

What to Expect

We begin by helping your body feel safe enough to actually let go.

You’ll be guided through simple, effective somatic practices that calm an overactive nervous system—especially helpful if you live in your head, push through stress, or ignore signals until burnout hits.

Breathwork supports regulation and release of built-up tension, anxiety, and emotional charge your body has been carrying—often quietly, often for years.

Energetic and spinal-based work then supports the unwinding of long-held stress patterns, allowing your system to shift out of fight-or-flight and into a state where rest, clarity, and presence are possible.

This session is especially supportive if you:
• Feel constantly “on” or responsible for everything
• Struggle to rest, slow down, or shut your mind off
• Experience anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional reactivity
• Feel stuck despite therapy, mindset work, or self-care
• Want your body to catch up with the growth you’re calling in

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and regulated—not because you forced anything, but because your nervous system finally had the conditions it needs to reset.

Why Group Work Works So Well

Your nervous system doesn’t regulate in isolation, it regulates in relationship.

In group settings, the nervous system naturally engages in co-regulation, a biological process where safety, calm, and coherence are communicated through presence, breath, tone, and shared rhythm.

When multiple regulated systems are in the room, the overall field expands, making it easier for each individual body to downshift out of survival and into regulation.

This is why:
• Release can happen faster
• The body feels safer letting go
• Patterns unwind without force
• People often experience deeper shifts than expected

You’re not being fixed by the group. Your system is remembering how to regulate by being in resonance with others.

Why This Works

When your nervous system is regulated:
• You respond instead of react
• You feel more present in your body
• Your energy stops leaking into stress and overthinking
• Change actually sticks

This work meets the body first—so you don’t have to think your way into healing or push your way into growth.
