About this Event

San Francisco Fire Department is collecting contact details from prospective students, so we can let you know when clases resume. This is not for a speciffic date or location. As our community works through COVID-19 and we are allowed to reopen and gather in larger groups as guided by San Francisco Health Department's Stay Safer at Home Health Order, we look forward seeing you in class soon!


Full NERT Training:  Are you new to the NERT program?

The full NERT training consists of six class sessions that are approximately three hours each. NERT Training is free to anyone who lives or works in San Francisco.

Note: It is important for new participants to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the training.

  • Enrollment must begin by the 1st class session (covering classes 1&2) to participate.
  • A certificate may be issued to new graduates at Class 6.
  • Make-up classes must be completed within 6 months of beginning NERT training.
