About this Event
Nephrotic Syndrome Education Day is a forum for families affected by nephrotic syndrome – children, young adults and their parents/caregivers. Join us for a day of connection and learning. CHOP staff and other experts will give talks on nephrology, nutrition and psychology. We’ll offer activities for teens and children of all ages. And food and refreshments will be provided.
This event is hosted by The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the Glomerular Learning Network (GLEAN).

This event is free to attend. Parking passes will be provided. Please register by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 13.
