In the week after the presidential election in the US, join NEON and our panel of speakers to analyse this moment and discuss what's ahead.About this Event
Join us for an evening of reflection and analysis the week after the elections in the USA. We’re thrilled to have two brilliant speakers - who can unpack the politics and economics of the election, and give a sense of what to expect from the incoming government.
Ayeisha Thomas-Smith, NEON’s co-executive director, will be joined by:
- Kate Aronoff, Staff Writer, The New Republic & fellow, The Roosevelt Institute .
- Faiza Shaheen, an economist, author, distinguished policy fellow at LSE, and self described ‘inequality geek’ who has lived and worked in the USA - and recently ran as an Independent candidate in the UK General Election.
As usual there will be a fairly short panel discussion, plus time for questions from the audience and a chance to meet new comrades. Drinks and snacks will be provided by NEON.
