This event includes a gentle Yoga Flow, calming Sound Bowl Meditation, reflective Journaling, and a supportive Sister Circle.
It's a time to pause, connect, and embrace your inner goddess energy. Each gathering focuses on a unique theme, such as Intuition, Confidence, Security, and more, allowing you to set powerful intentions for personal growth.
This is your safe space to restore, reflect, and build meaningful connections with like-minded women.

What you need:
Journal / Pen
Yoga Mat (mats will be available as well)
Wear comfortable clothing. Request little to no perfume.
