Formed in 2023, the Neil Sadler Band is a North Devon-based blues and rock trio led by critically acclaimed guitarist, singer-songwriter, and recording artist Neil Sadler.Neil was given his first acoustic guitar at the age of 8 and soon became hooked. Made aware of one particular band - Led Zeppelin, Neil was drawn into the world of playing Rock, Blues and R 'n' B and by the age of 14, with an old Grundig, Neil began a life-long interest in recording; inspiring some early demos whilst writing and playing with bands such as Hazzard and The Moonwalkers. Though, there were no signings of these bands they came pretty close and gained some recognition on the local music scene.
In June 2024, Neil released his first solo album, 'Past To Present,' which was voted Album of the Month by the UK Independent Blues Broadcasters Association and reached No. 1 in their Most Played Album Chart of 2024. The album features reimagined past material and new songs, showcasing Neil's distinct guitar playing and sound and is a finalist as album of the year in the 2025 UK Blues Awards.
