N EIGHBOURHOOD VOICES & LIVE BAND (IG: @NEIGHBOURHOODVOICES)
Neighbourhood voices is a contemporary, secular choir that sings a range of pop, indie and alternative music. We welcome female identifying, trans and non-binary singers over 18 years of age, from any and all cultures, communities, neurotypes and backgrounds. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and actively working towards making our gigs and rehearsal space as accessible to all as possible. Past and current arrangements include songs such as 5 Dollars by Christine and the Queens, Pynk by Janelle MonĂ¡e and The Hardest Part by Olivia Dean. We sing in 3-5 part harmonies, and regularly perform across Sheffield and beyond. In recent years we've performed with Self Esteem at The Leadmill, opened Steve Lamacq's show on BBC World Music Day and hosted a SELL OUT cabaret last year too - so we're doing it again!
