The Friends of Rhyddings Park were asked by the Rhyddings Neighbourhood Watch Scheme to take over the co-ordination of the scheme.The Scheme has been in operation since 2001 – many thanks to Barry, Dave, Ron, Albert and Irene for keeping the scheme going.
The scheme currently covers:-
48-68 Fielding Lane
1-61 Park Lane
The Stop & Rest
Rhyddings Cottage
Malvern Avenue
Rhyddings Park (management & support groups)
Any changes to this area will be discussed in the future.
In order to try and revive and refresh the scheme, ensure current householders know about the scheme and give everyone the opportunity to get involved – we would like to invite you to a Neighbourhood Watch Meeting on Wednesday 24th September 2025 @ 6.30pm in the Coach House, Rhyddings Park.
The agenda for the meeting will be:-
1) Welcomes and Introductions
2) What is a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme?
3) How can the scheme help us around Rhyddings Park?
4) Current Issues within the scheme area
5) AoB
6) Date of Next Meeting
Those within the current houses within the watch area will receive information through their door - week of 15th September.
