Join us at Midland Yoga Collective in fostering community connections during Neighboring Week Sunday 9/28 thru Saturday 10/4! Throughout the week, you can attend select donation-based classes/events (listed below), donate non-perishable food all week for Midland County Food Assistance Network, and gather together with us on Saturday 10/4 for a Community Picnic.Donation-based classes/events (either food donations for Midland County Food Assistance Network or monetary donations for Shelterhouse):
- Sunday 9/28 2-4pm: Henna & Meditation with Amy
- Tuesday 9/30 7-8pm: Forrest Yoga Basics with Sarah
- Wednesday 10/1 10:30-11:30am: Yin Yoga with Akiko
- Thursday 10/2 7:30-8:30pm: Beginner Waltz Dancing with Nick
- Friday 10/3 9-10am: Beginner Friendly Yoga with Julie
MYC Community Picnic: Saturday 10/4 from 2-4pm at Emerson Park Shelter E. Free to attend and open to all. Bring a dish to share (or bring your own meal if you prefer), and bring some activewear clothing that no longer sparks joy to swap with others! Join us for:
