The LSCC welcomes all neighbors and community members to the clubhouse for a guest speaker presentation about safety on Thursday, January 22th.Attendees should plan to arrive between 6:30 and 6:50 to check-in, find a seat, visit with neighbors and have a slice of pizza. Refreshments available while supplies last.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. sharp and is scheduled for 1 hour, including any Q & A with the special guest presenters.
Sargent Adam Fortney will provide an overview of the mission of the Snohomish Office of Neighborhoods Unit. He will also share info about WA trespass laws and patrol procedures.
Snohomish County Crime Prevention Coordinator, Chris Ledya, will provide a review of recent crime trends in the Lake Stickney area as well as prevention strategies and services offered by their Crime Prevention Unit.
A big part of neighborhood safety and crime prevention is knowing who are neighbors are. One way our community fosters this is through the Lake Stickney Community Club. Please join the mailing list by completing this Google form. It will greatly help with the check-in process at the event. Your email will never be sold or shared outside of the LSCC board. It’s only used for community updates and safety related matters.
