Neighborhood rucks are intended to provide some cardio and commaraderie for the group.Rucking is walking while carrying weight, usually in the form of a rucksack. It's a great way to get some cardio and, unlike running, you won't be fighting for your breath, so you can enjoy conversation with other men while rucking.
Our rucks are open to men of all ages and fitness levels, which means we will not leave you behind. We have a limited number of spare rucks/weights for anyone interested in joining us on our neighborhood rucks.
