The Lower Beaver Neighborhood to host its annual Neighborhood Night Out at Woodlawn Park. Des Moines Fire & Police will make an appearance along with Park and Recreations supporting us in our first Adopt-A-Park clean up effort!

This event is to mimic the National Night Out event held annually by the nation in August. The reason events like this one are important is because they promote community-building efforts through police/first responder partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.
