What: Every 2nd Sunday of the month we will lead a walk through one of Charlottesville’s neighborhoods. This month we are going to explore the Fry's Spring neighborhood. We will meet at the Jackson-Via Elementary School and make our way over to the West towards JPA and then explore some of the lesser know streets in the neighborhood. This walk will be roughly 3.5 miles and on even but hilly terrain. We are also going to explore some areas that need better pedestrian improvements; including sidewalks and crosswalks.
This is an opportunity for all of us to get to know our city better, learn from our neighbors and see where there are places to build a better, more connected community.
